Yurii Shturko: Our youth team has players with good potential

The coach of the youth team of Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas Yurii Shturko gave his first interview in his new position.

- How do you assess the potential of the current team?

- It's a good team, the players have great potential. There's a lot to do, we'll work and reveal the potential of our youth.

- How will your interaction with Roman Debelko and other members of the coaching staff be built?

- We have very good interaction, because we've already worked together at the Academy and know each other well. We have a common vision of the development of young football players and approaches to work. Therefore, we will implement our ideas and plans together, working for the benefit of the youth team and preparing players for the transition to the first team level.

- Are you already well acquainted with the Academy's graduates. How much will this help in working with the team?

- The fact that we, together with the coaching staff, have already worked at the Academy will certainly be a great advantage. We know the capabilities and strengths of many players well, we understand what they still need to work on. During this time, we have paid a lot of attention to their development, so now it will be easier to build work and help the guys progress and prepare for the transition to the next level.
