- I would not particularly like to comment on anything. I congratulate "Colossus" on the victory. Unfortunately, we lost. I will say one thing: I haven't worked in the championship of Ukraine for three years - nothing has changed. Everything remained as it was. Those people who follow football understand what I'm talking about.
- How satisfied are you with the team's first official match?
- The boys tried. And in the first half, they played as we agreed. Although the game was not fast, but we had the initiative. They missed a goal from the standard, then in the second they started to move. Probably, they remembered that it is necessary and necessary to play. Some moments began to appear, but, unfortunately, they did not manage to realize them. Although "Colossus" had two dangerous standards.
That's all football. And so the constant whistles: we are just starting the attack, then I threw the ball in the wrong place, then I put it in the wrong place. I think that's not how good championships are judged, but they are judged in a slightly different way. They give an opportunity to develop the pace of the game. This is the interest of football, that it should be fast. Where it is necessary, the referee does not whistle, where it is not necessary - he whistles. It's the opposite.
There was no championship of Ukraine for almost nine months. Everyone has a hard time getting started. We must pay tribute to our glorious Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are now defending our land from the invaders and giving us the right to hold these matches. I take my hat off to them, because I know how it is and what it is.
Glory to Ukraine! Glory to our defenders! Glory to our living heroes. Glory to the heroes who are not with us. But they will always be in our hearts.
