"Zorya" U-21 - "Kryvbas" U-21 0:1

Kryvyi Rih Kryvbas U-21 played against their peers Zorya Luhansk in the home match of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian Youth League UPL-2.

In the first half, the teams acted cautiously, and the defense of both teams did not allow the opponents to create enough sharp moments near the goal. After the break, Kryvbas gradually began to add and control the course of the game more. The Kryvbas coaching staff refreshed the lineup with substitutions: in the 57th minute, Boiar came on for Korobka, and later Zviahintsov and Kudriavtsev appeared on the field.

In the 80th minute, Kryvbas U-21 made two more substitutions - Los replaced Ivan Zadoienko, and Umanets came on for Butenko. Los became the main hero of the match. In the 85th minute, Matvii scored his debut goal with a header in his first match for the team and put the guests ahead - 0:1.

In the remaining time, Kryvyi Rih did not allow Luhansk to equalize the score, although there were moments. The final whistle recorded a minimal victory for Kryvyi Rih U-21. Kryvyi Rih earns their first three points in the UPL-2 championship of the 2026/2027 season. Congratulations!
