#Nakava: FC leadership "Kryvbas" met with fans. Frankly answers. Part 2

Fan: - What is the process of transfer of players?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

When the coach says, yes, this football player is coming, or there is a doubt - then we start negotiating about the lease, as it was with Ikenna. We had doubts: yes, he plays a good defense, but there were questions about the game. Then the coach says: no, it's 100% good player, it needs to be taken.

Then we go to the final stage: a comparative report is drawn up by analysts, which together with financial terms is sent to the President. The President looks and makes decisions. That is, until the President finally says, all stages of approval pass. Without head coach we do not take any player. All football players are considered after viewing and compiling the report.

This report, along with the player's profile, is transferred to the head coach. He looks, analyzes whether the player is approaching. If so, along with financial terms, everything goes to the President. It even happens that everyone has already agreed, and the parents of the player are against. The football player refuses at the last moment. One day, the contract was already signed, and the next day the Central Defender reported that the situation had changed and asked not to register the contract. I saw that for the first time: the player came, I visited the team, played the game, we signed a contract ...

The contract remained in Slovenia, we had to send it for registration. And in the morning he says: my mother got sick, I do not want to go. Understand me. And if something happens? And if there is a danger to life? Obviously he spoke with someone, perhaps with a player who performs in Ukraine, and says: please do not register the contract. And went the next day. This is also happening.

the coaching staff sees the situation in its own way: who is in what form, who can be counted on. Training 27 football players is difficult. Even in Chelsea, coaches complained that there was not enough space in the locker room. Just typing players for the sake of quantity is not an option. They should all play. I am not a fan of only 13 players but 18 combat units for the championship is enough.

But having 24 players is no longer a question of finance, but atmosphere in a team. Anyone who does not play and has no practice begins to lose motivation. Very few players behave with dignity without even playing. For example, Maxim Zasrak or Roma Debelco. Roma did not play for a long time, but went out and scored while remaining a professional. This is and is the level.

But there are others who, without playing, begin to stupid, reduce the requirements - and it harms everyone: team, coach, the player himself. The coach should not only train, but also look for an approach to such players. We have passed this more than once. Just picking up players - not a way out. There is an example of clubs that are recruited by many players and no one knows who they scored. We have a different approach: all parties must agree on the transfer. If we take the third attacker, then with one of two we have either say goodbye or rent.

That is why we take two football players for a position. For example, with the advent of Yurchitz, we decided to transfer the Pontjellik to the position of the right central defender. We have a Kote and Pontelnik played on the right, and on the left - Romanchuk and Villal. That is, the position is two players. This is enough for training. And when there are three for one position, it's superfluous. It is unpleasant to watch the third player trains individually and does not get the right load. The ideal number is 20 field football players to play 10 by 10, plus 2-3 young people from U-19 in case of injury or disqualification. Then the tone and intensity are not lost. Therefore, to buy a third player for a position - illogical and harmful to the team.

Fan: - Please tell me, such a question regarding the club budget for the coming seasons: it has increased, decreased or remained stable? And the second question also concerns this topic: please tell me Volodymyr E, what is the maximum amount of the club now Kryvbas can pay for the player?

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- FC budget Kryvbas is at the same level as in recent years. It is now enough to do the right work, to make plans for the future. If you come back to someone who decides the end result. Fans believe that these are football players. And that's right. Because they play and give results. But there are also those eaten to this, to the game. This is one of the most important moments of the football club. Without a good medical headquarters would play fewer players, or their rehabilitation was longer.

The basis of the club is people whom few see. They do great work, and they are the most valuable thing that is. And to find such people the hardest. Football players are an increase in salary costs, transfers. You see how players get a regular salary progress in FC Kryvbas. This is an indicator that the club itself is working in the right direction. We give them the opportunity to progress and this is the most important thing.

There will be a time when we can make large transfers and make larger salaries. This should be economically justified. I want to give an example of Victoria Plzen, with which we were able to cooperate. They made the club's revenue more than costly. Prince Adu switched to them on a salary of a few thousand more than ours.

But they have large bonuses for achievements. They have the largest salary - 15 thousand. This model enables both the club and the football player. And we want to go to that. When our championship, our market will create a revenue part, then the club will be able to count on profits from the championship, increase and improve the quality of players looking for.

You know, every player forms a certain salary for himself, and you try to justify it somehow. Here, for example, who would now appreciate Jihad Bizimann when he went to a new club and receives a salary of $ 55,000 a month in Libya?

If he received, say, a thousand times less. Or when we took it from the second league of Belgium, no one expected that he would become a classy player. That is, he grew up and went to the club where there are such expenses. But look: Bizimana, who played in Kryvbas and is the same Bizimana who now plays in al -Ahli. I doubt he started playing a thousand times better. Do you understand? This is exactly how the salary and understanding of the club are formed how much you need to pay the football player. It's OK - we all analyze.

We have a lot of analysts, and not just from the football part. The club has financial, structural, scout and medical departments - these people process all information and operate with dry numbers, without emotions and subjectivity. We compare the data, create reports and form our vision as it may look like.

Therefore, I would not compare the budget at all, because it can grow not through the salaries of players, but because of other factors - for example, we will open a new branch of the Academy, build three new synthetic fields, a new gym with a pool. The budget will grow, but not from T Points vision of the salaries of football players, but from T Points vision of infrastructure.

And this is the main thing. This is the foundation that will develop football in our city. Because, once again I will repeat, it is thanks to football that we are all going, the city lives, receives a sip of fresh air. We come to the stadium, we get emotions - and emotions are the most important thing, and it is for them that we all do football.

fan: - In my opinion, many fans in the stands, our boys, fans, noticed that there was a small outflow of people. Do you notice that? Because last season there were many more people in my opinion. And if so, what is the development plan to interest people to go to the match? Because we went, well, many in which cities I was, for example, in Zhytomyr, I saw a lot in different cities.

Volodymyr Bayenko:

- I know only one factor that accurately influences the results of the team. If the team plays well, then the fans always come and support. And even fans come when not always good results. But one of the main factors is when the team is on the top of the table. If so, on our part, we will try to support the result, because all fans want to get positive emotions and see Wins. This is one factor I know exactly. And here is another factor voicing Artem.

Artem Gagarin:

- I want to say that work is being done. We are working on that. But it is impossible to compare Kryvyi Rih, Lviv and Zhytomyr - in our cities the situation is a little different. There are many factors that I do not want to voice: people are afraid to come to the stands for various reasons that depend on the situation in Ukraine and our ... neighbor. I think you realized what I hint at. With regard to advertising on transport, in relation to the presence of visual in the city - today it should be economically justified.

For our quota in 600 seats, we do not have the point of spending money on it. But we are very active in the media, and this gives us results. For example, I want to remember the match with the Carpathians. If you choose the top match this year, for me, according to all the factors, it was this home play in Kryvyi Rih that was the best. Support for fans, team game, mood, media approach, hype around the match - tickets were simply impossible to get. It was all such a case format.

But again, we are not considering now to increase the number of people in the stadium (10,000,0001), we even have ideas to build a ramp across the river beyond the stadium. Because there is a bomb shelter on that shore, and it is located 500 meters from the stadium. Such rules. So. We cannot increase the number of seats and no one will allow us.

- Look, girls. In fact, I want to say that: I watch an interesting trend - both in other Ukrainian clubs and in European ones. Content around the club begins to create people who do not even work in the club. Yes they can then join the team or become part of the club community.
