- Why did the club choose Roman Debelko to work with the team?

- First, because Roman already has experience working in our Academy. Debelko played for the main team of Kryvbas. In addition, he is familiar with the important factors and accents on which the club's philosophy is built. Therefore, it will not be a difficult transition for him. We also created a youth coaching staff from the coaches of our Academy, in order to communicate with the Academy and the first team as best as possible. I believe that they have great potential and we will make every effort to ensure that this coaching staff works as long and as well as possible in our team.

- How important a factor was the fact that Roman Mykolayovych is well acquainted with the philosophy and values ​​of Kryvbas as a former player of the club?

- The task is always the same - to educate football players for the first team. Their most important task is to prepare football players, both physically, tactically, and mentally, so that they are ready to come to the first team and immediately give results. Therefore, this is the main emphasis, but everyone understands that without results on the football field, it is very difficult for players to grow. I believe that if the training process and the atmosphere in the team are built correctly, we will get both the result on the scoreboard and the result in terms of the development of young football players.

- How important is it for the club to involve former red-and-white football players in the work of the Kryvbas structure?

- It is not the most important thing, you could say so, but it is already the result of the work that we have former football players of the club who work in our structure. It is not only Roman. And Vyacheslav Ryabov also works, and there are people in the management who used to play for Kryvbas. Therefore, it is good, and we will continue to do so - we will try to give everyone a chance to prove themselves in the first team.

- What qualities of Roman Debelko as a person and a coach most convinced the club to entrust him with the team?

- The desire to develop, the desire to grow together with the club, support for our philosophy, our understanding. And this was the main factor that made us trust the young coach, whose path is just beginning. We would really like this path to be together with our club as long as possible.

- What would you like to wish Roman Mykolayovych and his assistants at the beginning of their new stage in the structure of FC Kryvbas?

- I would like to wish the entire coaching staff to always adhere to our philosophy, to never think about the negative, but always dream and build a strong team, a strong structure and strong people.
