Anastasia Klimutina: The support of the coaches of the "Kryvbas" Academy is very felt

Anastasia Klimutina was born in the city of Bakhmach, in the Chernihiv region. From an early age, football was present in the girl's life: Nastya, together with her older brother, chased the ball around the field. The girl's father was a football fan, but unfortunately, when she was 13 years old, he died of an illness. Nastya's older brother Denys was also interested in football, trained and took his sister with him. Currently, my brother has signed a contract with the Armed Forces and defends the borders of our country from the Rashists.

- My brother and I played a lot of football. I constantly went to his training when I was little. I watched him play and served balls, - Anastasia recalls.

Nastya started her football career at the age of 9 in the local football club "Yednist" (Plysky). When she plays football, she feels in her place, she is fascinated by team play. The girl admits that before football she was engaged in music - she played the violin for 6 years, but when she first came to football, she felt that this was exactly what she needed in life. Anastasia left the violin and began to play football hard.

- My parents supported my choice. My mother was not against it, on the contrary, she supported me, and my brother was happy with my choice, - says the football player.

For five years, the young player trained at "Yednosti", and then transferred to our best Academy of Ukraine - "Kryvbas" Academy. From the spring of 2023, the girl lives at the base and works out with our trainers. He says that at first the mother was very worried that the girl would live in another city at such a young age, and even during the war. But she still let her daughter go, because the trainers assured her that the Academy follows strict rules regarding this.

- I am not afraid to live in Kryvyi Rih, because the Academy does everything for our safety. During an air raid, we must immediately go down to the shelter. This is being monitored very strictly, - notes Anastasia.

After arriving in Kryvyi Rih, Nastya transferred to a local school located nearby. But for now, classes are held online, through our inadequate neighbor. In general, the girl admits that she really likes the base: comfortable rooms with everything, delicious food, a cool gym, where, for example, the girls play table tennis in their free time. But football players like training the most.

- We really like our coaches, they tell us everything in an accessible way and are very supportive. They provide important and useful knowledge that we will need in the future. Everyone works for our development, the development of football in Kryvyi Rih and Ukraine, women's football in particular, - says Anastasia.

Currently, the girl plays in the Kryvbas FC U-15 team and has several important dreams. The most important thing is that the war ends and the elder brother returns home. Also, Nastya's long-standing dream is to become a professional soccer player and play in the Champions League as part of Kryvbas FC.
