Maksym Ryzhenkov: FA "Kryvbas" provides all the conditions to reach the professional level

We continue publishing a series of #BestAcademy materials dedicated to football players and coaches of the Kryvyi Rih Football Academy "Kryvbas".

Today we are talking about 15-year-old student of the Academy Maksym Ryzhenkov, who came to our club from the city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region.

- Maxim, congratulations. Please tell me where are you from?

- I am from the city of Mukachevo, located in the Transcarpathian region. This is an incredibly picturesque city near the Carpathian mountains, which has a very large historical heritage.

Anastasia Klimutina: I really feel the support of the coaches of the "Kryvbas" Academy

- Remember the beginning of your football career, where did it all start?

- I started playing football from a young age, I was 4 years old. As a child, I often went to watch football with my father. Then I felt that I was very interested in this sport and over time I began to practice it with great desire. Later, my first team became the local MFA team, where I played for a certain period, and then the first team outside my hometown - DAF Dnipro-1. I played here for one season. Already this summer, I came to watch FA "Kryvbas" Kryvyi Rih, which passed successfully and now I play for the red and whites.

- What character traits did you develop thanks to football?

- Football played a big role in my life. I can definitely say that I have become more self-confident, resilient, strong, purposeful, independent. On the pitch is becoming more and more intelligent from a football point of view and faster.

Gleb Dipon: In "UFK-Kryvbas" everything is at a very high level

- Were there any turning points in your life when you thought about quitting football?

- Yes, there were such critical, difficult moments when I thought about stopping playing football, but these thoughts quickly disappeared. After all, I dream of playing professional football all my life. I don't see myself in any fields anymore. I really hope that everything will work out for me.

- Tell me about your first coach. Do you keep in touch?

- My first coach is Vakulenko V'yacheslav Viktorovych. I have come a long way with this person: it was he who believed in me, for which I am very grateful to him. Currently, of course, I keep in touch with him. V'yacheslav Viktoryvych believes in me a lot and helps me in my personal development in football.

Robert Gazazyan: The Kryvbas Academy has everything for the development of football players

- Tell me how you ended up in FA "Kryvbas"?

- One of my coaches arranged for a review at FA "Kryvbas". I was really looking forward to it and was able to show myself from the best side. The review was successful, and here I am (smiles).

- Remember those first memories when you arrived at the base of FA "Kryvbas".

- When I arrived at the FA "Kryvbas" base, I was greeted very warmly by both the hotel staff and the team players. Everyone immediately got to know me and helped me settle in. Now I have many friends here.

- Tell me how the guys from the team met you? In general, what is the atmosphere like among the pupils of FA "Kryvbas"?

- The boys welcomed me well. I immediately made friends with everyone. In general, the atmosphere in the team is excellent. It's incredible when you feel such a connection with the team.

Ivan Kononykhin: "Kryvbas" is us - not just words. This is a real family

- Did your parents let you go to Kryvyi Rih easily?

- At first, my parents didn't really want to let me go because of the situation in the country. But we talked a lot and came to the decision to go and try. When the parents learned about the conditions at the Academy, the security conditions, the presence of bomb shelters - all doubts disappeared.

- How would you rate the infrastructure of FA "Kryvbas"?

- The infrastructure of the FA "Kryvbas" base is excellent, everything is there for full development. Everything is at the highest level - staff, living conditions, excellent food. I would like to highlight the warm attitude of the coaches towards the players. The coaches are very helpful in development and do everything possible to make the players feel confident and progress.

Oleg Surdov: Playing as a goalkeeper is very responsible

- What prospects do you see in FA "Kryvbas"?

- Our Academy has all the prospects to reach a professional and high level. The main thing is not to give up, believe in yourself and work on yourself. FA "Kryvbas" - the #BestAcademy of our region. Here there are all the conditions for the development of players, starting with excellent living conditions and ending with the pleasant attitude of the coaches to the players. I am very happy that I had a chance to come here. The main thing is to train, believe in yourself and go to your goal and not stop, then everything will definitely work out.
