Marcin Lilichenko: Thanks to the right approach of the management of FA "Kryvbas" can become an Academy of the European level

Today we are talking about a 16-year-old student of the Academy, Marcin Lilichenko, who came to Kryvyi Rih from Zaporizhzhia.
- You come from Zaporizhzhia. I am sure that you miss home and relatives. What helps you to distract yourself?
- I worry about my parents and friends who stayed in the city, sometimes I come to visit them. It is very scary to hear from them that there are explosions nearby. Football, training and matches help to distract.
- Tell me, when did you realize that you wanted to play football? What started your football career?
- I started playing football when I was five years old. My mother finished her career as a professional soccer player, even playing for the Ukrainian national team. The father performed at the amateur level, the sister is also an athlete. She is a master of sports in gymnastics. My sports family contributed to the fact that since childhood I decided to become an athlete and play football.
Anastasia Klimutina: I really feel the support of the coaches of the "Kryvbas" Academy
- What is your favorite movie or book about football? And in general, who inspires you in football?
- I like the movie "Neymar: Perfect Chaos' because that's my favorite player. The film shows not only Neymar's football talent, but also what kind of person he is off the field. It reveals his true personality with all the victories, mistakes, pressures of fame and criticism. This is a story about the strength of character, the ability to overcome difficulties and remain yourself even in the most difficult moments. I was very inspired by this story, I realized that behind any success there is an incredible effort and a real passion for what you do.
- How has your life changed with the advent of football? What character traits did this sport develop in you?
- Football has influenced me since childhood, it can be said that it shaped my personality. Throughout my life I competed, overcame obstacles, felt the pain of defeats and the emotions of victories, football inspired me in general. All this developed in me tenacity, thinking, resistance to criticism. I met most of my friends thanks to football.
Oleg Surdov: Playing as a goalkeeper is very responsible
- Were there turning points when you thought about changing the vector of activity?
- For me, football is more than a game, so I reject such thoughts. Football has given me too much to just take and finish my journey.
- If not for football, what would you do in life? Maybe you have a hobby?
- I want to see myself as a professional football player in the future. But if I were to try other professions, I would probably do music.
- Tell me about your first coach? Are you still in touch with him? He follows your performances у FA "Kryvbas"?
- I started at ZRFK "Titan", where my first coach was Borysenko Anatoly Anatoliyovych. I was very lucky to meet such a first coach. He is one of those coaches who really lives his business. He still follows my matches and is interested in my achievements. I thank him for everything.
- Tell me how you ended up in FA "Kryvbas"? How did the parents perceive the news about a possible move to Kryvyi Rih?
- After training with the previous team of IFC "Metalurg", a scout took an interest in me and offered to come to FC "Kryvbas" for a viewing. My family, like me, was glad that I was noticed and invited, so I went to Kryvyi Rih without hesitation.
Maksym Ryzhenkov: FA "Kryvbas" provides all the conditions to reach the professional level
- Tell me how the guys from the team met you? In general, what is the atmosphere among the pupils of FA "Kryvbas"?
- The atmosphere among the players is very positive, our team cannot live a single day without some funny event, jokes and curious situations literally haunt our team. But the funniest moments are always the coach's jokes in the locker room.
- Do you have mini-traditions in the team?
- From tradition - no outing is complete without a music column, be it training or a match.
- Evaluate the infrastructure of FA "Kryvbas"?
- I immediately liked the infrastructure of FA "Kryvbas": the fields on which we train, the dressing rooms, everything is at a good level. The hotel we are staying in has all the conditions for a more than comfortable life.
- Tell me how you are progressing with the "Kryvbas" Football Academy? What aspects contribute to this?
- In such an academy, it is impossible not to progress, especially with the new director - Marios Alexandris, who does everything for the development of young players. Indeed, the coaches pay attention to all the little things and are open to talking with the players to improve their development. I also have the opportunity to train with the U-19, which is incredibly motivating to move forward.
Ivan Kononykhin: "Kryvbas" is us - not just words. This is a real family
- How do you like the new initiative from FA "Kryvbas" - "The best".иand the goal of the tour"? How much does it motivate young players to develop professionally?
- The prospect of getting into the "Best Goal of the Tour" nomination will undoubtedly motivate players to score a goal in every match. It is always nice to receive an award for your achievements.
- Who among the players of FC "Kryvbas" inspires you?
- From the FC "Kryvbas" team, I like Denys Kuzyk the most because of his technical and intellectual abilities.
Gleb Dipon: In "UFK-Kryvbas" everything is at a very high level
- Currently, you live on the base. Tell me, during the war, do you feel safe?
- We have a bomb shelter in the hotel. During missile threats, of course, it's exciting, but our educators promptly take us to a safe place. I feel safe here.
- What prospects do you see in FA "Kryvbas"?
- I like the direction in which the "Kryvbas" Academy is developing. Thanks to the performances of the first team and the correct approach of the FA "Kryvbas" management, it has the prospect of becoming a European-level Academy.
